Refund and Returns Policy

Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Shrathyas Attire, Tiruppur that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.

You: a person or entity that is registered with Reselly to use the Services.

Return and Refund policy:

  1. You can request to Exchange/Return purchased product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To apply for the Exchage or Refund, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
Category Conditions
Correct Product The product/ brand/ color should match. Do not detach and damage any given tags.
Complete Product If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Unused Product The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Undamaged Product Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.

3. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.

Return Pickup will NOT be provided by Shrathayas, Customer has to safely send the item(s) to our billing address through any courier service.

5. Exchange: After returning, the Customer can choose the new Size/Design subjected to availability of the product.

6. Refund: If the customer wishes to get a refund after returning the product, the refund will be initiated, only after quality check of returned product.
After quality please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment.

7. In case of Return/Exchange, all the shipping charges have to be born by the customer, only the product cost will be refunded.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Reselly may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Reselly reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Reselly confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Reselly will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
